Also a revised drivers test would be required for people who bought these new cars and offering a new test would not be cost effective. And also James, did you ever get a chance to test drive this car? At first glance I didn't see the other control on the driver's side door. I think that would be hard to drive if you only had one arm. But all in all I like the car. This car isn't at all a new idea and was shown in the F200 Imagination made on a collaborative effort by Daimler Chrysler and Mercedes at a car show in Paris back in 1996. Interesting idea though, but the steering is called "drive-by-wire" and is electronicly assisted. In other words if the chip suddenly breaks at 90 you are screwed. The engine is nice as it is a v-12 so plenty of power there. Sorry but this is an old concept.
